Nadzeya has been working as a lawyer since 2011, including in the IT field. And in 2020, she also began to specialize in the field of personal data. In 2014 she graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Belarusian State University, and in 2019 she mastered the specialty “Software of information systems”. She has successfully completed training in Data protection under GDPR (data privacy professional) and GDPR Data privacy manager (GDPR DPM) programs, participant and speaker at a number of conferences and forums.
